Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy
StrategyArchive respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
1. Prohibited Infringement
Users may not post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, database rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights.
2. Takedown Requests
If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, send a notice to:
Include:
- your full name and contact details;
- identification of the protected work or right allegedly infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing content, including URL or location;
- a description of the basis of your claim;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
3. DMCA
If you are submitting a U.S. DMCA notice, include the elements required by applicable U.S. law. We may process qualifying notices under the DMCA where applicable.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including:
- your name and contact details;
- identification of the removed content and its prior location;
- a good-faith statement that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification;
- any jurisdictional consent statements required by applicable law;
- your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate users who are repeat or suspected infringers.
6. Reservation of Rights
We may remove or restrict content at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
